Yoga is just one of the many classes the Garden offers to help you feel better.From healthy body classes, to learning how to add more veggies to your garden and your diet, the Norfolk Botanical Garden can help you in your quest to become a healthier person. 

Walk the Garden

Our garden offers acres of walking trails, shady spots to sit and rest and a Garden Cafe that serves up healthy meals and snacks.
