Certified Personal Trainer Karen Dougherty will have you and your friends walking in the fresh air burning calories - using light weights to tone all of those tough areas. Learn aerobic drills to strengthen core abdominals; firm your arms and tighten your legs and butt!! So get motivated, grab a buddy and challenge yourself to a new, healthier YOU!!!
