Pilates in the Garden - 8-week session

Exercise at the GardenThis is your opportunity to look better and feel great about your health and body.  Join us for this lower impact exercise class that will help you get back into shape.  Enjoy panoramic views of our Bicentennial Rose Garden while learning a system of movements that re-educate, re-pattern, re-align and balance your body. Certified Personal Trainer Karen Dougherty will focus on core muscles - abdominal, back, hamstrings and inner thighs.

This is an 8 week course: January 4 - February 22
Wednesdays, 6-7 p.m.
