Garden Phlox

Phlox paniculata 'Robert L Poore'

This fantastic plant starts blooming in late spring and keeps right on going through mid-summer.  Plants with vibrant colors instead of pale or white flowers show their age more attractively.  Phlox grows best in a bright sunny well-drained location.  Good ventilation helps prevent powdery mildew, but fungicides are often needed to help control this problem.
