Other Options

Renaissance Court Full Day Rental

A full day (8am-8pm) may be rented in Renaissance Court for $6,000.00 (includes $500 non-refundable) and an additional $500 damage deposit. 100 brown samsonite chairs are included with your rental.

All Other Garden Sites Full Day Rental

A full day (8am-8pm) may be rented in any other Garden Site for $3,000.00 (includes $300 non-refundable) and an additional $300 damage deposit. 100 brown samsonite chairs are included with your rental.

Private Ceremony

A private ceremony for less than 30 people may be held at any garden site for a fee of $500.00. Please contact the wedding office for more info.

Holidays

All holidays are subject to Saturday pricing. Events on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve are not permitted.

Rain Site

A rain site may be rented during the length of your Garden site rental. Rain or shine, this is a non-refundable purchase. This rain site is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Picnic Shelter

The Picnic Shelter is available for rent for a 4 hour time period at a rate of $125.00 in addition to the group rate of $6.00 per person.

Chairs

White samsonite chairs may be rented for $1.25 each. Additional brown samsonite chairs may be rented for $1.25 each.

Tram(s)

A tram that can accommodate 60-70 guests may be rented (if available) to transport guests to and from your ceremony site for $125.00 per tram.

Dressing Room

A classroom may be rented as a dressing area (if available) for the length of your ceremony for $225.00.

Additional Time

An additional hour at any space may be rented for $150.00.

Audio Visual Equipment

A variety of A/V equipment is available for rent. Please inquire with our staff for pricing and availability.

Policies

All prices are subject to change at any time.
50% of the Rental Fee is due upon signing. Remaining Balance is due 90 days prior to event date. If signing within 90 days, total rental fee is due upon signing.

Restrictions

The Rental Guidelines outline the rules and regulations that govern here at the garden. As a public garden we are obliged to maintain public access and to protect animal and plant species that inhabit the garden. Therefore, we have restrictions on decorations, music, and other aspects of events.
